Dr. Baker is a proud resident of Illinois. Because Dr. Baker was raised here in Decatur, he has a strong connection to the local farming community, where his parents were farmers themselves. After growing up in Illinois, Dr. Baker began his medical education, earning degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois School of Medicine.
